Agent Digital Experience
Redesign of the trip services page to include all the necessary information for an agent to manage a client's trip. A tabular navigation system was introduced to organize the information and tasks appropriately, allowing the agent to access them efficiently. A vertical navigation for the Services tab allows agents to view the trip either by services or by date – this method can be useful when the purpose is to either view the trip holistically or narrow in on the individual dates.
Business requirement to push insurance and planning fees was handled by adding to the top of the vertical navigation, giving it a more prominent position on the page.
